A depression in the Bay of Bengal has brought on heavy rains across coastal Tamil Nadu and Kerala. The depression has now turned into a cyclonic threat called Cyclone Ockhi, located nearly 60 kilometres from the southern tip of Tamil Nadu.
The national capital has never made the mark in terms of clean air. New Delhi has always registered as a city that has been under siege from pollution, heavy fog and health hazards.
